PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.  Your billing address must match the address we have on file.  We will only be accepting purchases from U.S. customers at this time.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is calculated through the shopping cart.  In general, packages under 5 pounds are less expensive to ship through the US Postal Service.       

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We want you to be happy!  If for some reason your purchase didn’t work out for you, please let us know. 

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy with the following conditions: 

1)  The product must be unused, in the original packaging and have the original tags.  If the product is defective, please call us to get a return authorization code.

2) Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3) Consumable food products cannot be returned.

4) Used items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

5) Please complete the return/exchange form included with your invoice and place in the box with your return.

6) You are responsible for the shipping charges for returned items, unless the product is defective.
